The Gardeners Show Shop (“we”, “us”, “TGSS”) respect your privacy, and ensure that your privacy is protected when using our website or placing an online order with us.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through/with the site (including processing your payment information, arrangements for shipping, and providing you with invoices/order confirmations). For example, we use SumUp to power our online store. We also use Google analytics to help us understand how our customers use the site. How long we retain your data
When you place an order through the site we will maintain your order information for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or for as long as we are required by relevant laws. After this period your personal data will be deleted.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
